Regent Education: from no leads to 16 a month with SEO and Facebook ads
Regent Education helps UK home students and adults returning to study apply to university. When we took on its marketing, the brand had no leads. Four months later it had 28, and October alone brought 16.

The challenge
Regent Education Services is a higher education advisory with offices in Wood Green, London and in Birmingham. Its advisors help UK home students, many of them adults coming back to education alongside work or family, choose a course and apply to partner universities in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leicester and Bradford.
When we started, the brand had no leads and no revenue coming from digital marketing. There was no steady flow of inquiries from search or social, and no way to see which channel worked.
What we did
We rebuilt the website on Laravel 13 and wrote the copy page by page, around the questions adult students ask: entry requirements, foundation years and studying alongside a job. Every page got its own title, description and structured data, and the site went into Google Search Console.
Alongside the SEO we ran Facebook ads for people thinking about university later in life, checked against Meta’s rules for education advertising. We also made short motion graphics for Regent’s social channels, like the explainer below, so each campaign had creative that explains one idea clearly.
Every inquiry is logged in a CRM, so each month we can see how many leads arrived and where from.
The outcome
Leads grew every month: 2 in July, 4 in August, 6 in September and 16 in October 2026. That is 28 new leads in four months, and October’s figure was eight times July’s. Five of the leads arrived through the website’s inquiry form.
The work is ongoing, and we report the numbers to Regent every month.
