This policy explains how DigiMarketiva (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use the Kolom suite apps and digimarketiva.com (the “Service”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. What we collect

Your documents are not collected. The Apps save your documents on your computer and do not send them to us.
2. Legal basis
We process your data to perform our agreement with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the Service and understanding where it is used), to meet legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent, which you give when you tick “I agree” at registration and can withdraw by deleting your account.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who host and run the Service for us (for example web hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations; with authorities when the law requires it; or with a successor if our business is transferred.
4. International transfers
The Service is operated from Bangladesh and our servers may be located in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally we take reasonable steps to protect it.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, computers and licences are deleted straight away.
- Security logs and download records: up to 24 months.
- Backups: deleted data may remain in backups for up to 90 days.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, licences are digitally signed, staff access requires two-factor authentication and is logged, and access to personal data is limited to staff who need it.
7. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms from forgery. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Your rights
You can see and correct your details and delete your account at any time under Profile & security. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to a data protection authority. 9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (16 in the EEA and UK). If you believe a child has registered without permission, contact us and we will delete the account.
10. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new date and version, and tell you in your account or the Apps if a change is significant.
